Wasleen Foldable Garage respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

Your Rights
- 1Right to Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@wasleen.com. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days.
- 2Right to Correction: If any personal data we hold is inaccurate, you may request correction and we will update our records promptly.
- 3Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal or warranty service retention obligations.
- 4Right to Opt Out of Marketing: Any marketing communications from Wasleen include an unsubscribe option. You may also opt out at any time by contacting your project manager or emailing us directly.
- 5Right to Complain: If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office at dataoffice.ae.
We Never Sell Your Data
Wasleen does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstance. The only third parties who receive your data are those essential to delivering your project — payment processing (Paddle), communication (WhatsApp Business), and email (Resend). Each is governed by its own GDPR-compliant privacy policy.
